Refund and Cancellation Policy

At FalconPanda, we value your trust and aim to provide clear, fair, and transparent policies. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a booking.

1. General Rules

  • All payments must be completed at the time of booking.
  • All services must be booked at least 3 days in advance of the scheduled service date.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased.
  • Approved refunds will always be issued to the original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once confirmed or processing has begun:

  • Trip Planning Service (covers time, research, and itinerary design)
  • eSIM Purchases (digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned)
  • Study in China Consultation & Application Service (non-refundable once application processing or advisory work begins)

3. Refundable Services

The following services are eligible for refunds if cancelled within the required time frame:

  • Airport Transfers & Car Rentals
    Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
  • Interpreter, Tour Guide, and Other On-Demand Services
    Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

4. Cancellations by FalconPanda

If FalconPanda or one of our partners cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund.

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or government regulations.


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
