At FalconPanda, we value your trust and strive to provide clear and fair policies. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a booking.

1. General Rules

  • All payments must be completed at the time of booking.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased.

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method only.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Trip Planning Service (involves expert time and resources).

  • eSIM purchases (digital products cannot be returned once issued).

  • Study in China Consultation & Application Service (administrative, advisory, and application fees are non-refundable once processing begins).


3. Refundable Services

The following services may be refunded if cancelled within the allowed time:

  • Airport Transfers & Car Rentals: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the service will be eligible for a refund, minus any processing fees.

  • Interpreter, Tour Guide, and Other On-Demand Services: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the service will be eligible for a refund, minus any processing fees.


4. Cancellations by FalconPanda

  • If FalconPanda or one of our partners cancels a confirmed booking, you will be entitled to a full refund.

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, government regulations).


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
