All payments must be completed at the time of booking.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method only.
The following services are non-refundable:
Trip Planning Service (involves expert time and resources).
eSIM purchases (digital products cannot be returned once issued).
Study in China Consultation & Application Service (administrative, advisory, and application fees are non-refundable once processing begins).
The following services may be refunded if cancelled within the allowed time:
Airport Transfers & Car Rentals: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the service will be eligible for a refund, minus any processing fees.
Interpreter, Tour Guide, and Other On-Demand Services: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the service will be eligible for a refund, minus any processing fees.
If FalconPanda or one of our partners cancels a confirmed booking, you will be entitled to a full refund.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by external factors (e.g., weather, strikes, government regulations).
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
